Concentrations of Credit Risk and Major Customers

Our major customers represent primarily the consumer goods, appliances, food products and automotive industries.  Credit is granted to customers on an unsecured basis.  Our five largest customers accounted for approximately 40%, 36%, and 32% of operating revenues for the years ended December 31, 2016, 2015, and 2014, respectively. Our five largest customers accounted for approximately 41% and 33% of gross accounts receivable as of December 31, 2016 and 2015, respectively.

There was one single customer that accounted for more than 10% of operating revenues for the year ended December 31, 2016 at 12.3%. This customer had accounts receivable of $6.6 million. No single customer that accounted for more than 10% of operating revenues for the same period ended 2015 and 2014.
