Concentrations of Credit Risk and Major Customers

Our major customers represent primarily the consumer goods, appliances, food products and automotive industries.  Credit is granted to customers on an unsecured basis.  Our five largest customers accounted for approximately 36%, 32%, and 32% of operating revenues for the years ended December 31, 2015, 2014, and 2013, respectively. Our five largest customers accounted for approximately 33% and 28% of gross accounts receivable as of December 31, 2015 and 2014, respectively.

There was no single customer that accounted for more than 10% of operating revenues for the years ended December 31, 2015, 2014, and 2013.
