Commitments and Contingencies	Commitments and Contingencies We are a party to ordinary, routine litigation and administrative proceedings incidental to its business. In the opinion of management, our potential exposure under pending legal proceedings is adequately provided for in the accompanying consolidated financial statements. The total estimated purchase commitments for tractors, net of tractor sale commitments, and trailer equipment, to be delivered through the remainder of 2015 and 2016 was $58.3 million at September 30, 2015. We have purchase commitments with related parties of $17.5 million for the exercise of purchase options on various terminal locations and are expected to be finalized by December 31, 2015.
