Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Subsequent Events The Company has evaluated events occurring subsequent to March 31, 2014 through the filing date of this Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for disclosure. On May 8, 2014 the Company finalized the purchase of the Lathrop, California terminal location from a limited liability company, whose members include a board member and certain employees of the Company. The Company paid $2.8 million to complete the purchase. No other events occurred requiring disclosure.
