Subsequent Events	11.Subsequent Events On May 8, 2017, the Company’s shareholders approved the 2017 Stock and Incentive Compensation Plan (“2017 Plan”). The 2017 Plan will immediately terminate the right to make additional grants under the 2013 and 2007 Stock and Incentive Compensation Plans. Awards previously granted under those programs will remain outstanding under previous terms.
