Subsequent Events	11. Subsequent Events Management has evaluated all events and transactions that occurred after June 30, 2013. The Company had no material subsequent events requiring recognition in the consolidated financial statements. On July 19, 2013, the Company's VN segment acquired certain assets of Indiana Home Care Network for approximately $12.5 million. The Company is currently working through a preliminary purchase price analysis, which at this time primarily includes goodwill, intangible assets and accounts receivable.
