Item 1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

 

On March 13, 2006, Marten Transport, Ltd. entered into the tenth amendment to its unsecured committed credit facility with U.S. Bank National Association dated October 30, 1998. This amendment increased the total facility from $45.0 million to $55.0 million through August 2006, at which time the amount of the credit facility will return to $45.0 million. The foregoing summary of the amendment is not complete and is qualified in its entirety by reference to the complete text of such document, which is filed as Exhibit 10.1 to this current report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
