10.         Employee Benefit Plans

The Company provides a 401(k) plan as part of its employee benefits package in order to retain quality personnel. The Company elected to match 100% of the employee contributions up to a maximum of 6% of the participant’s applicable compensation under its 401(k) plan for the years ended December 31, 2020 and 2019. The Company’s matching contributions under its 401(k) plan for the years ended December 31, 2020 and 2019 were approximately $947,000 and $1,340,000, respectively.
