Divestitures	DIVESTITURES Oil and Natural Gas We sold non-core oil and natural gas assets, net of related expenses, for $37.4 million during the first quarter of 2016, compared to less than $0.1 million during the first quarter of 2015. Proceeds from those sales reduced the net book value of our full cost pool with no gain or loss recognized.
