RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 13 • RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS Transactions with BMO Capital Markets We have a historical and ongoing relationship with BMO Capital Markets (“BMO”). On July 17, 2017, we engaged BMO to provide financial advisory services in connection with our consideration of the disposition of non-core properties. A family member of Mark O. Decker, Jr., our President and Chief Executive Officer, is an employee of BMO and could have an indirect material interest in any such engagement and related transaction(s). The Board pre-approved this engagement of BMO.
