DuPont de Nemours and Company (“DuPont”) stating that DuPont is terminating the DuPont Wholesaler Agreement dated January 1, 2011. DuPont will fulfill orders for purchases of finished garments containing Tychem® and Tyvek® through September 10, 2011.
