On April 28, 2025, Viasat, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Kevin Harkenrider, the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Corporate Officer, will retire from such role on June 30, 2025 (or, if earlier, on the date of his termination of employment for any reason), or such later date (but no later than December 31, 2025) as mutually agreed by the Company and Mr. Harkenrider. Following his retirement from such role, Mr. Harkenrider will continue as a non-executive employee of the Company through December 31, 2025.
