Note 8 — Related-Party Transactions

In the normal course of business, the Company engages in transactions with its equity method investments (Navarino UK and JSAT Mobile), which are considered related-party transactions. The Company recognized revenue from Navarino UK and JSAT Mobile in the amounts of $17.0 million and $19.3 million for the three months ended September 30, 2024 and 2023, respectively, and $33.8 million and $25.4 million for the six months ended September 30, 2024 and 2023, respectively. The Company received cash of $16.9 million and $19.2 million from Navarino UK and JSAT Mobile for the three months ended September 30, 2024 and 2023, respectively, and $36.2 million and $25.1 million for the six months ended September 30, 2024 and 2023, respectively. Accounts receivable from Navarino UK and JSAT Mobile as of September 30, 2024 and March 31, 2024 was $9.6 million and $13.2 million, respectively.
