Note 5 - Notes Payable - Related Parties	NOTE 5 – NOTES PAYABLE – RELATED PARTIES During the year ended December 31, 2014, the Company received $25,125 in additional cash loans from various related parties and made payments of $641. During the year ended December 31, 2015, the Company received $17,600 in additional cash loans from various related parties and $4,769 in expenses paid on behalf of the Company. Total related party notes payable as of December 31, 2015 were $1,299,469. Of this total, $595,800 of related party notes payable are unsecured, bear interest at 6 percent per annum, and are due on demand. Also of this total, $200,000 is unsecured, bears a flat owed interest amount of $46,000, and is due on demand. The remaining $453,669 of related party notes payable is unsecured, bears no interest, and is due on demand. Included in the related party notes payable balance is a $50,000 penalty fee associated with one of its related party notes due to nonpayment.

The entire disclosure for information about short-term and long-term debt arrangements, which includes amounts of borrowings under each line of credit, note payable, commercial paper issue, bonds indenture, debenture issue, own-share lending arrangements and any other contractual agreement to repay funds, and about the underlying arrangements, rationale for a classification as long-term, including repayment terms, interest rates, collateral provided, restrictions on use of assets and activities, whether or not in compliance with debt covenants, and other matters important to users of the financial statements, such as the effects of refinancing and noncompliance with debt covenants.
