Supplemental Cash Flow Information Occidental paid net foreign income taxes and domestic state taxes of $227 million and $174 million during the three months ended March 31, 2018, and 2017, respectively. No federal income tax payments were made during the three months ended March 31, 2018, and 2017. Interest paid totaled $97 million and $70 million during the three months ended March 31, 2018, and 2017, respectively.
