Inventories consist of the following:

Raw materials, work-in-process and finished goods are net of valuation reserves of $58.1 million and $48.2 million as of December 31, 2024 and 2023, respectively. The valuation reserve was primarily related to excess and obsolete inventory reserve of $54.2 million and $45.1 million as of December 31, 2024 and 2023, respectively. Finished goods of $18.9 million and $19.8 million as of December 31, 2024 and 2023, respectively, were consigned.
