Note 5. Restricted Cash

As a result of the death of its former Chairman, the Company holds $2.7 million in a rabbi trust, of which $1.2 million is classified as restricted cash in current assets and $1.5 million is classified as restricted cash in other assets on the accompanying interim condensed consolidated balance sheet as of April 29, 2023.
