Note 6. Restricted Cash

As a result of the death of its former Chairman, the Company holds $3.9 million in a rabbi trust, of which $1.2 million is classified as restricted cash in current assets and $2.7 million is classified as restricted cash in other assets on the accompanying interim condensed consolidated balance sheet as of October 30, 2021.
