Related Party Transactions The Company leases its 181,300 square foot distribution center/office facility in Albany, New York from an entity controlled by the estate of Robert J. Higgins, its former Chairman and largest shareholder. The distribution center/office lease commenced on January 1, 2016, and expires on December 31, 2020. Under the lease accounted for as an operating lease, for the thirteen and thirty-nine week periods ended November 2, 2019 and November 3, 2018, the Company paid $0.3 million and $0.9 million, respectively, during both fiscal periods. Under the terms of the lease agreement, the Company is responsible for property taxes and other operating costs with respect to the premises.
