Simple IRA Beginning in July 2010, the Company sponsors a Simple IRA plan that is available to all employees who receive at least $5,000 in compensation. The plan permits salary deferrals to be made by the employees and an employer matching contribution up to 3% of compensation. The Company’s matching contribution charged to expense for the years ended September 30, 2012 and 2011 was $3,867 and $23,249, respectively.
