Customer relationship intangibles are amortized over the estimated useful lives on a straight-line basis over six years. Amortization expense for the three month periods ended October 31, 2021 and 2020 was $11.4 million and $12.3 million

respectively, and $22.8 million and $24.5 million, respectively, for each of the six month periods ended October 31, 2021 and 2020.
