Restructuring Charges

On June 1, 2018, the Company implemented a reduction in force of approximately 68 employees nationwide.  Severance and outplacement charges relating to the reduction in force will total approximately $2.4 million and is expected to be substantially completed during fiscal 2019. A reserve for restructuring charges of $2.3 million is included in accrued compensation and related expenses in the consolidated balance sheets.
