Income Taxes	Income Taxes The Company’s effective income tax rate for the three month period ended July 31, 2015 was 36.1%, compared with 29.2%, in the comparable period of the prior fiscal year. The higher effective tax rate in fiscal 2016 was the result of a federal research and experimentation tax credit for fiscal years 2011 through 2014 of $1.1 million being recorded in the first quarter of fiscal 2015.
