Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On February 12, 2015, the Company sold its closed plant in Hardy County, West Virginia. The gain on the sale of $0.3 million will be recorded by the Company in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2015. See Note J "Restructuring Charges" for additional information.
