In addition to the stock options, restricted stock and restricted stock units reflected in the foregoing tables, stock options to purchase 10.9 million shares of common stock, 237,000 shares of restricted stock and restricted stock units relating to 1.8 million shares of common stock were outstanding at May 4, 2013, but were not included in the computation of diluted earnings per share for the 13 weeks endedMay 4, 2013 because their inclusion would have been antidilutive or they were subject to performance conditions that had not been met.

In addition to the stock options, restricted stock and restricted stock units reflected in the foregoing tables, stock options to purchase 8.3 million shares of common stock, 250,000 shares of restricted stock and restricted stock units relating to 2.5 million shares of common stock were outstanding at April 28, 2012, but were not included in the computation of diluted earnings per share for the 13 weeks endedApril 28, 2012 because their inclusion would have been antidilutive or they were subject to performance conditions that had not been met.
