Royalty Income

Royalty income received from a third party related to sales of H. pylori products, totaled approximately $6,750, $6,330 and $3,540 for the years ended September 30, 2022, 2021 and 2020, respectively. Such revenue is included as part of Non-molecular assays and Other within the Net Revenues by Product Platform/Type and Net Revenues by Disease State tables, respectively, above.

Reagent Rental Arrangements

Revenue allocated to the lease elements of Reagent Rental arrangements totaled approximately $3,925, $3,710 and $4,600 for the years ended September 30, 2022, 2021 and 2020, respectively. Such revenue is included as part of net revenues in our Consolidated Statements of Operations.
