Note 9. Equity

No options or warrants were exercised during the three months ended March 31, 2022.

During the three months ended March 31, 2021, the Company received $86,262 in proceeds from the exercise of outstanding options and warrants and issued 39,500 shares of its capital stock in connection with these exercises. In addition, during the three months ended March 31, 2021, the Company issued 35,110 shares of its capital stock in connection with the cashless exercise of 101,000 of its outstanding options.

The Company did not sell any equity securities during the three months ended March 31, 2022 and 2021.

As of March 31, 2022, there were 1,399,991 warrants and 1,199,710 options outstanding.
