Sutton, Trustee u/a/d 12/1/96 of the William J. Schoen Charitable Remainder Unitrust entered into a "zero-cost collar" arrangement pursuant to which the Unitrust wrote a covered call option and purchased a put option (both of which were previously reported.) Only one of the options could be in-the-money on the expiration date, at which time the in-the-money option would be exercised and the other option would expire.
