2. Nature of business	2. Nature of business GreeneStone Healthcare Corporation (the “Company”) was incorporated under the laws of the state of Colorado, USA, on April 1, 1993. Effective May 2012, the Company changed its corporate name to GreeneStone Healthcare Corporation from Nova Natural Resources Corporation. As at December 31, 2014, the Company owns 100% of the outstanding shares of Greenestone Clinic Muskoka Inc., which was incorporated in 2010 under the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Greenestone Clinic Muskoka Inc. provides medical services to various patients in a clinic located in the regional municipality of Muskoka.
