The consolidated accounts receivable balance consists primarily of amounts due from the following parties:

The Company is economically dependent on and earns a significant portion of revenues from the Ontario Ministry of Health for its ability to carry out its normal activities. These revenues account for 45% of the Company’s consolidated revenue in the three month period ending March 31, 2014 (December 31, 2013: 38%).
