Note 1. Nature of Business.	Note 1. Nature of Business. GreeneStone Healthcare Corporation (the “Company”) was incorporated under the laws of the State of Colorado on April 1, 1993. Effective May 2012, the Company changed its corporate name to GreeneStone Healthcare Corporation from Nova Natural Resources Corporation. As of June 30, 2013, the Company owns 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of each of 1816191 Ontario Limited and Greenestone Clinic Muskoka Inc., both of which were incorporated in 2010 under the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada. 1816191 Ontario Limited and Greenestone Clinic Muskoka Inc. provide medical services to various patients in clinics located in two regions in Ontario, Canada, the city of Toronto and the regional municipality of Muskoka. These consolidated interim financial statements have been prepared in accordance with United States generally accepted accounting principles (“US GAAP”).
