Employee Savings Plan	NOTE 10 Employee Savings Plan The Company has an Employee Savings Plan (401(k)) in which substantially all employees with more than 30 days of service are eligible to participate. Under this plan, the Company makes matching contributions of up to 4.0% of each participant’s annual compensation. The Company’s contribution expense to the plan totaled $56 million in 2024 and $52 million in 2023.
