CONSOLIDATION

The consolidated financial statements include the accounts of the Partnership and its subsidiaries. All significant intercompany balances and transactions have been eliminated. On

the Partnership sold all of the shares of RHR, its general partner, in a related party transaction, so RHR is included in the consolidated financial statements for

June 30, 2016,

but

not

for subsequent periods.
