SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	(14) SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Partnership successfully completed its rights offering on February 6, 2014. The rights offering allowed existing unitholders of the Partnership to purchase an aggregate of 3.6 million Units at $2.55 per Unit. The rights offering was fully subscribed and raised net proceeds of $8.89 million after deducting offering expenses of $290,000. Following the purchase of the Class A Units upon exercise of the rights, the Partnership has 11.1 million Units outstanding.
