Item 2.03.              Creation of a Direct Financial Obligation or an Obligation under an Off-Balance Sheet Arrangement of a Registrant.

 

On July 23, 2010, ML Macadamia Orchard, L.P. and American AgCredit, PCA  executed the Third Amendment to Revolving Loan Promissory Note which extends the maturity date of the Revolving Note from July 15, 2010 to August 13, 2010.    All other terms and conditions of the Revolving Note and security and collateral securing the indebtedness remain unchanged and in effect.
