Decription of Business	NOTE 1. DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS Datawatch Corporation (the “Company” or “Datawatch”) designs, develops, markets and distributes computer software products. The Company also provides services, including implementation and support of its software products, as well as training on their use and administration. The Company is subject to a number of risks including dependence on key individuals, competition from substitute products and larger companies and the need for successful ongoing development and marketing of products.
