(“XOMA” or the “Company”), a Bermuda company, is a biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery, development and manufacture of therapeutic antibodies designed to treat autoimmune, cardio-metabolic, infectious, inflammatory and oncological diseases. The Company's products are presently in various stages of development and are subject to regulatory approval before they can be commercially launched.
