    Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
    
On May 28, 2015, Brandywine Realty Trust held its 2015 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. At the meeting, the shareholders voted on: (1) the election of eight trustees, each to serve as a member of our Board of Trustees until the next annual meeting and until his or her successor is elected and qualified, (2) the ratification of the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as our independent registered public accounting firm for calendar year 2015, and (3) an advisory, non-binding vote on our executive compensation.
