(5) ROYALTY RECEIVABLE

On June 16, 2006, the Company entered into a Royalty Agreement with Bioscan Inc. whereby the Company established a licensing relationship with Bioscan which granted Bioscan an exclusive sublicensable, royalty-bearing license to make, use, offer for sale, import and otherwise develop and commercialize products in its territory. Bioscan Inc. was subsequently purchased by TriFoil Imaging. During the year ended June 30, 2024, there was no income from royalties. During the year ended June 30, 2023, the Company received $10,610 in royalty revenue. As of June 30, 2024 and 2023, the Company had royalty receivable balances of $0 and $10,610, respectively.
