Due to the age of the inventory, lack of demand for parts and lack of sales the Company wrote off all inventory during the year ended June 30, 2017 and has booked a reserve for the entire value of its inventory as of December 31, 2019 and June 30, 2019. For the six months ended December 31, 2019, reduction of inventory represents physical count adjustments.
