NOTE 17 - RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	We use World Wide Express, a package delivery company owned 40% by Norman Hames, our western operations chief operating officer, to provide delivery services for us. For the years ended December 31, 2012, 2011 and 2010, we expenses approximately $948,000, $997,000 and $809,000, respectively, to World Wide Express for those services. At December 31, 2012 and 2011, we had outstanding amounts due to World Wide Express of $135,000 and $75,000, respectively.
