SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Business Combinations/Dispositions: On July 30, 2021, we completed the sale of a 24.9% portion of our 75.0% ownership interest in one of our majority owned subsidiaries for $13.1 million. After the sale, we retain a 50.1% ownership interest in this subsidiary. On July 30, 2021, we acquired certain business assets for purchase consideration of approximately $5.2 million.
