SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Formation of majority owned subsidiary On November 1, 2020 we formed in conjunction with Simi Valley Hospital and Health Services ("Simi Adventist") the Simi Valley Imaging Group, LLC (“SVIG”), consisting of three multi-modality imaging centers located in Simi Valley, CA. RadNet will hold a 60% economic interest in SVIG and Simi Adventist will have the remaining 40% interest.
