AMENDMENT NO. 10

TO INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT

(Thrivent Series Fund, Inc.)

Thrivent Financial for Lutherans (“TFL”) and Thrivent Series Fund, Inc. (“TSF”) hereby agree that, effective January 1, 2015, the advisory fee charged to Thrivent Aggressive Allocation Portfolio, Thrivent Moderately Aggressive Allocation Portfolio, Thrivent Moderate Allocation Portfolio, Thrivent Moderately Conservative Allocation Portfolio, Thrivent Small Cap Index Portfolio, Thrivent Mid Cap Index Portfolio and Thrivent Large Cap Index Portfolio, under the terms of the Investment Advisory Agreement between TFL and TSF dated April 10, 2002, as amended, will be revised as reflected in Schedule I.
