Investments in Real Estate

Effective January 1, 2001, the Partnership entered into a plan to dispose of the property Commercial Park West. The carrying value of the assets of Commercial Park West amounted to $388,564 and $453,134 at December 31, 2011 and 2010, respectively. The property generated a net loss of $502,254 and $350,725 for the years ended December 31, 2011 and 2010, respectively.

The entire disclosure for certain real estate investment financial statements, real estate investment trust operating support agreements, real estate owned, retail land sales, time share transactions, as well as other real estate related disclosures.
