BANK DEBT	NOTE 5. BANK DEBT In September 2012, we terminated a bank credit facility and, in connection with such termination, repaid the entire principal balance of a term loan, amounting to $685,000. As a result of the foregoing, we no longer have a credit facility with a financial institution.
