BASIS OF PRESENTATION	BASIS OF PRESENTATION The condensed consolidated financial statements included herein are unaudited. In the opinion of management, these statements contain all adjustments (consisting of only normal recurring items) necessary to present fairly the financial position of Johnson Outdoors Inc. and subsidiaries (collectively, the “Company”) as of June 27, 2025 and June 28, 2024, and their results of operations for the three and nine month periods then ended and cash flows for the nine month periods then ended. These condensed consolidated financial statements should be read in conjunction with the consolidated financial statements and notes thereto included in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended September 27, 2024 which was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 11, 2024. All monetary amounts, other than share and per share amounts, are stated in thousands.
