Ltd. (“Gymboree China”) and Gymboree (Tianjin) Educational Information Consultation Co. Ltd. (“Gymboree Tianjin”) (collectively, the “VIEs”), have been prepared pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission. Certain information and disclosures normally included in the notes to the annual financial statements prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles have been omitted.
