Related Party Transactions During the 13 and 26 week periods ended August 3, 2013, we sold inventory to a company controlled by Bain Capital for $7.2 million and $8.0 million, respectively, and purchased services from another company controlled by Bain Capital for $0.6 million and $1.2 million, respectively.
