Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	Note 5. Related Party Transactions The Company leases three buildings under operating lease agreements from its majority stockholder. During each of the three months ended February 28, 2013 and February 29, 2012, the Company incurred approximately $256,000 of expense related to these leases.
